Remembrance is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share memorial slideshows and photo galleries to honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones.

To use Remembrance, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Remembrance to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload content that you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to Remembrance. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or our community guidelines, including inappropriate or offensive material.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Remembrance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
